My first car, the Nissan Pulsar NX. Mine didn't have the rear hatch though.

I wish that was my first car. Mine was an 86. No T-Tops FTMFL!

I was 15.5 when I got it and the T-tops sold it for me!

That was a cool conversion system... (and a handsome enough little car, I wish it were RWD as the S13/S14... dare I say it.)
Fastback hatch, extended hatch, or no hatch, and the t-tops out almost convertible...
I wish more cars were a bit more modular for preference like that.

I loved the car, it handled well and had 125 hp which wasn't bad at the time for such a light car. My hamfisted driving somehow got the rear end loose and I hit the ditch on the opposite side of the road rolling it twice. 1 month later it was back up and running.
And yeah, very modular, which makes a ton of sense. The hatch I had came out pretty easily so you could have a quasi-convertible if you had the hatch off and the t-tops out!
RWD > all, agreed. I had a friend with an S13 at the time and I thought I was comparable, for like the first 10 feet of the race.
